How to buy?
1. Bank in RM30 per card to the above bank accounts
2. SMS / WhatsApp 012-5025488 state how much you bank-in, which bank & time of bank-in. Example "Hi, I bank-in RM90 to your Maybank, time 3.15 p.m." We will SMS charge card code to you within 15 minutes during office hours. (Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM)
3. We are available on weekends, public holidays and after operation hours too, please allow 15 minutes to 12 hours delivery. Do not spam SMS to us as it will result to longer delays. We will not take more than 12 hours to deliver.
4. For GIRO transaction, it will usually take 2-3 working days. We will SMS charge card code upon payment received.
5. Please keep your bank-in receipts for 7 days, we might ask for the receipts if we found fraud cases on the purchase for verification purpose.
6. Charge card codes do not have expiry date, you can buy and keep to avoid waiting. Example, if your CR expires on 15th, you can reload on 11th, then you will have 30 + 4 days)
How to charge?
1. Register an ID after download Cabalrider
2. Press Charge, there are 4 boxes
3. 1st and 2nd box, please enter your registered Cabalrider ID
4. 3rd & 4th box will be provided by us after you make payment.
5. 3rd box, please enter charge card code, example crsg0010123
6. 4th box, please enter card password, example DLSY335D87JU (it must be 12 characters with capital letters and numbers only)
How to request for a Forum ID in Cabalrider forum?
1. After bank-in, SMS / WhatsApp the details including your request to get Forum ID.
2. Please wait for 12-24 hours in order to register/activate a Forum ID for you.
3. Forum ID = Charge card number ; Forum Password = Card password
4. Once the Forum ID is activated, you need to post in "Newbie" section in Cabalrider forum for Admin to verify you IP address in order to post.
